Returns and Refunds Policy

At Nexara Health, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how you can return items and request a refund.

Nexara Health is currently in the process of obtaining a wholesale license. All services provided at this time are consultative and support-based, in compliance with current regulations.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations.

  • Time Frame: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain services, such as submission of filled paperwork and applications are not eligible for returns once processed.

2. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us by email with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us, if applicable.

  3. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, or service cancellation, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days upon receivable of the return (if applicable).

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for products that are not in their original condition or deviations occurred (if applicable).

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the product, and you may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us by email for assistance.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 72 hours if it has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible by email to request a cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the standard returns process.
